I ate a real breakfast today :) I had a banana, peanut butter, rice milk, and oatmeal. It’s what I used to have while inpatient (plus a yogurt) and ever since then it’s become my favorite. It’s easier for me to eat healthy sized portions when I am going to be exercising—not because I can burn off the calories, but because if I want to be able to swim or bike, I need energy to do so.
My family is going to B-town (about an hour away) this afternoon because my uncle’s father, who has been in the hospital, was moved up there yesterday. I’m debating whether or not to go with them. I know if I stay home alone I’ll probably end up binging and purging, and I’m really trying to get back on track and not let myself sink too far into this relapse.
